DO YOU HAVE FEELINGS? Judy, Linda and Teresa are less than thrilled with the finale of “Vagabond” (배가본드), an SBS action "thriller" starring Lee SeungGi and Suzy.

Sorry that Judy sounds like she's recording in a cave. We may eventually need to get proper mixing equipment for our microphones.

For the season finale of a drama that made such a big deal about how badass the main character is, the action scenes are rather lackluster . Judy is extremely disappointed that Dalgeon (Lee SeungGi) didn't kill someone with his lucky bullet necklace. COME ON! Obviously the producers were angling for a second season, but we are not feeling optimistic.

We are looking forward to our "First Impressions" episode! We will be checking out "Crash Landing On You" (사랑의 불시착), "Chocolate" (초콜릿), "Black Dog" (블랙독) and "Queen: Love and War" (간택 - 여인들의 전쟁), so join us for what is sure to be a rant fest!

Digressions (spoiler free):

TIME IS RUNNING OUT. CRAM IN ALL THE SPONSORS. Judy, Linda and Teresa are yelling at the screen during episodes 11-14 of “Vagabond” (배가본드), an SBS action thriller starring Lee SeungGi and Bae Suzy.

PLEASE NOTE: We talk briefly about the portrayal of a suicide attempt in the drama from 48:46-50:00.

Everything about the bereaved family members is killing Judy with cheesiness. Linda attempts to explain the difference between legal and illegal lobbying. Teresa wonders if piggyback rides are common in Korea. We are disappointed with the NIS still being weirdly incompetent. How is Co-Pilot's Wife (Kang KyungHun) doing more spy stuff than anyone else in this drama?

Digressions:

1:15 - Listener E-mails and new patrons!

5:12 – “Crash Landing On You”

10:33 – “Black Dog”

12:13 – “The Mandalorian” (spoiler free)

13:24 – “Jumanji: The Next Level”

14:04 - “Clean With Me” videos on Youtube

Some Korean terms:

미래: [mi-reh] future.

사랑: [sa-rang] love.

일: [il] work.

미사일: [mi-sa-il] missile.

한옥: [han-ok] traditional Korean house.
